I am contacting you to introduce myself Chris Allwood and my company, the Virginia Distillery Company. I am from the UK and have relocated in Virginia, USA to build a single malt distillery using genuine Scottish equipment. We are located on 95 acres of beautiful wooded valley and mountain at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the location is very much like the Scottish Highland region.
We have a 2 ton mash system and plan to distil 2,000-2,500 casks a year of single malt spirit.
I would like to know if your whisky club would be interested in learning more about Eades Distillery and the malt whisky we make with Jim McEwan from Bruichladdich.
We will also be running a cask ownership program and a Whisky making program.
